NATIONAL VISA
Visa applications for National Visas (e.g. for study, language course, employment, family reunification) cannot be received by the Service Provider VFS Global and have to be submitted by the applicant in person to the German Embassy in Muscat by prior appointment. The online appointment system is for booking an appointment for national visa applications only. Applicants who have booked an online-appointment to apply for a Schengen Visa will be rejected .
You will find Information on the required documents for a national visa application in the information leaflets below. Please prepare the documents carefully according to the list of requried documents as an incomplete applications can geneally not be processed by the Embassy.
Please fill in the Videx Online Application Form and bring the print-outs to the appointment.
If you agree that the Embassy contacts you via E-Mail in connection with the visa process please submit the signed approval form Einwilligung Erreichbarkeit with your application .
